This Squad is for competitive swimmers seeking to make finals or medals at the Open/Age National Championships. A high level of commitment is expected, along with a mature and responsible attitude towards training.

National Squad caters for athletes aged primarily 16 and above.

Swimmers in this squad must attend 8-9 sessions per week. These swimmers have access to a comprehensive dry-land program that includes musculo-skeletal screening, individually tailored strength conditioning and yoga classes.

The Head Coach determines individual practice requirements based on age, training background and ability.

The Head Coach invites swimmers to be a member of this squad.
