Swimmers will also need to renew their 2022/23 Annual General Membership.

The State Performance Squad assists swimmers in developing all aspects of stroke technique, fitness levels and race skills to prepare for competitions.

The State Performance Squad caters for swimmers aged primarily 13 to 16 years who are committed to achieving the highest possible performance at the Queensland State Championships and working towards qualifying for the Australian Age Championships.

Practice sessions focus on competitive racing in an educational environment.

Swimmers begin attending six sessions per week (12 hours) and build up to 7 sessions per week (16 hours) depending on their age and ability.
