The National Performance Squad is reserved for athletes pursuing finals and podium finishes at the Open and Age National Championships. Entry into this squad demands uncompromising commitment, professionalism, and a high‑performance mindset.

This squad is primarily for athletes aged 16 and above who are ready to train at a national‑class standard.

Members are required to complete 8–9 training sessions per week and fully engage in an advanced dry‑land program, including musculoskeletal screening and individually tailored strength and conditioning.

Training expectations and performance standards are set by the Head Coach, based on each athlete’s age, development history, and proven capability.

Selection to the National Performance Squad is strictly by Head Coach invitation and offered only to swimmers who demonstrate the discipline, resilience, and competitive drive
